Winter is that special time of the year when you get a lot of healthy vegetables and herbs that provide warmth to the body. But no one really likes to eat vegetables until they are tasty. Therefore, the Bollywood inspired quirky fusion food restaurant in Karama, Bol Gappa has launched a delicious Winter Special menu to give everyone a reason to eat vegetables this winter.

Through the newly launched menu, the team at Bol Gappa is serving Dubai foodies some very popular winter delicacies from different parts of India-,which are very tough to find in the region despite having so many Indian restaurants around.
The new menu features soups, starters and mains.
Highlights of starters are Yam / Gararu chaat and Club Kachori Kolkata Style servedwith hot & crispy Jalebi on the side.
Mains include Sarso Ka Saag platter. With winters knocking on our doors, what better than sarson ka saag, made with mustard saag leaves, a type of green leafy vegetable served with jaggery, makai roti, and chaas (a yogurt based drink).

Another special winter delicacy on the menu is Lithi Chokhi platter. Lithis are stuffed balls and served hot with vegetable stew.

Other special dishes on the new winter menu are Paneer Birbal Ki Handi, Undhiyo platter, Methi Chaman and more. Prices start from Dhs 35.
The winter special menu will be available at Bol Gappa until mid-March 2021.
